Are you a student member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) enrolled full-time in an accredited Canadian planning program? If so, you are eligible to apply CIP-ICU Planning Student Trust Fund’s (CIP-PSTF) scholarship and bursary program.
CIP-PSTF currently offers a range of scholarships and bursaries on an annual basis. Since 1989, CIP-PSTF has awarded 134 scholarships to planning students across Canada, totalling over $400,000.
Scholarships are awarded for student projects that best demonstrate excellence and a potential contribution to the planning profession (in theory or practice), or a potential service to a community or community group. Bursaries are awarded to students who are in need of financial assistance to support their education.
If you’re a full-time planning student but not yet a member of CIP, it’s easy to claim your membership and become eligible for CIP-PSTF’s scholarship and bursary program. Student membership is free for students in accredited planning programs, just apply here.
Don’t delay, applications for this award cycle are only being accepted until February 18, 2022.
